Save New Mexico is a civic engagement organization dedicated to informing and empowering New Mexico residents through education, advocacy, and participation. The Site provides information, updates, and opportunities for engagement.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Site or participate in our programs. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Use of the Site

By signing up for our Mobile Messaging Program, you consent to receive the following types of text messages from Save New Mexico (“Save-NM”):
- Polling/Voting Text Messages — e.g., election reminders, opinion polls, or calls to participate in civic engagement activities.
- Public Service Announcement Text Messages — e.g., legislative updates, member information, and voter education content.
Opt-In Methods
You may opt in to the Program by:
- Completing the “Sign Up for Text Messages” form on our website, or
- Providing explicit consent in any other manner as indicated by Save-NM.
Message Terms
- Messages may be sent using an autodialer or similar automated technology.
- Message frequency may vary based on your engagement and preferences.
- Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
STOP Command
You may unsubscribe at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from. You will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive additional texts unless you opt back in.
